What's Coming to Event Manager?

New Way to Manage Event Form Questions

Event Manager is revamping the event form question functionality to address problem areas and increase flexibility. The goal is to ensure your forms are tailored the way you need them.

 

Here are some key features:

• Easily reorganize the order of questions

• New upload file question type

• Greater transparency to see what your requestors view

• Ability to create dynamic questions based on answers

• Ability to share questions to multiple forms

• Customizable event form title

 

To provide the new features, the existing functionality needs to change. Here is an overview of the changes:

Current Experience	New Experience
Questions are assigned to a site	Questions are assigned to a form
Calendar setting permission was site specific for questions	Calendar setting permission will be able to create/edit questions and assign to any form
Additional Information component held site and global questions	Questions component will show the applicable questions assigned to the form
Site Questions and global questions setting	All questions will be in event form questions setting
